For those that don’t know Scott Nixon was a professional snowboarder back in the day as well as a dj & producer. This mix from him is from way back in January 2006 around the time Finger Lickin Records picked him up as an artist. Scott’s recent adventures into music include some great amen breaks types of sounds through the Punks Music label.
Scott Nixon debuted his mixing skills back in November 2005 at the legendary Fabric nightclub but started DJing back in 1991. After a short period of time he started promoting his own nights on his home island of Jersey, Channel Islands. Playing along side top UK Djs, such as DJ Hype, Grooverider, Fabio, Plump DJs and Stanton Warriors to name but a few.
This promo mix from July 2007 was around the time Finger Lickin records signed him as an artist on their roster. Nowadays Scott has had releases on the Stanton Warriors label Punks Music as well as continuing his ability to DJ and produce his unique sound.
